Which operating systems are supported? Desktop Channel™ has full functionality in Windows 98SE, ME, 2000 and XP.
How do I uninstall Desktop Channel? Go to your Start button and choose Settings. Select Control Panel and then Add/Remove Programs. Select Desktop Channel™ and choose to remove it.

How do I operate Desktop Channel? Upon installation you choose what time of day you would like to see Desktop Channel™ and it will then appear on your computer desktop at those designated times. You can also click on the icon placed on your desktop to view it any time you like.
How do I turn off Desktop Channel? When it's on your computer desktop you can turn it off by hitting any key on your keyboard or any button on your mouse.
What does it mean when the cursor turns into a hand? When the cursor is a hand, you are over a hotlink box and clicking that area will jump you to the Internet site, sound or movie clip or application that's been programmed in.
How do I adjust the time of the day I would like to view Desktop Channel? Go to your Start button and choose Programs. Find your version of Desktop Channel™ and click on the Start Time icon. You can change the time of day you would like to view Desktop Channel™ and also choose additional times.
How do I adjust the date? Desktop Channel™ takes the date from your computer. If this is incorrect, go to the lower right hand corner of your desktop and right-click on it. Choose Adjust Time/Date and correct the date on your computer.
Can I make Desktop Channel become my screen saver too? Yes. Right-click on your desktop and choose Properties. Go to the Screen Saver tab and choose the screen saver available by the same name of your version of Desktop Channel™. You can also adjust the amount of time before the screen saver appears.
Is Desktop Channel considered spyware? The Federal Trade Commission defines spyware as software that is surreptitiously installed on a computer, without the user's consent, and will track where the consumer goes on the Internet and/or the keystrokes. Spyware is difficult to remove and cannot be removed from the Add/Remove Programs menu.
